  • Stansteel 6000# Batch Plant, Model R-M6000#, S/N 448

  • Dryer: Stansteel #830, 8’ x 30’ Gear Drive. New Bull Gear installed two seasons ago.

  • Pugmill: Stansteel #70

  • Burner: Model Genco UF-1054, Natural Gas, Gencontrol III Burner Control

  • Baghouse: 1981 Standard Havens, Model Alpha/Mark III, PulseJet, Size 24, S/N 12034. 46,000 CFM. No Fan Motor. 150 hp Motor was used on this baghouse. There are 336 Bags with a cloth arear of 7,704 sq. ft.

  • Screen: 1987 Pioneer 5’ x 16’ triple-deck

  • Hot Elevator: Stansteel

  • Burner Controls and Baghouse Controls are available, as well as some electrical panels.

  • Note: The plant is disassembled. The dryer and baghouse are in good condition. The dryer had a new bull gear installed two seasons ago. The Burner has had some updates done to it over the years. The plant was maintained as if the owner was going to keep running it but the decision was made to change the plant out so that RAP could be run. There are no cold feed bins or conveyors included. Out of service in 2006.
